• Express Shipping: 2-3 business days (additional fee applies)
• Overnight Shipping: Next business day (additional fee applies)

Shipping times are estimates and do not include order processing time (typically 1-2 business days). Actual delivery times may vary based on location and carrier conditions.

6.3 Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the shipping carrier after handoff. However, we will work with you to resolve any shipping issues.

6.4 International Shipping

For international orders, you are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country. HaakenShop LLC is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

7. Returns & Refunds

7.1 Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
• All accessories, manuals, and tags must be included
• You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

7.2 Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

7.3 Return Process

2. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Ship the item back using the provided shipping label or your preferred carrier

7.4 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

13.2 Arbitration Agreement

If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

13.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

13.4 Exceptions

Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property disputes or to prevent immediate irreparable harm.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For any matters not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
